- 1 c. Rice Extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 lrg Onion, minced fine
- 1 x Clove garlic, mashed with a little salt
- 1 can Tomatoes
- 1/2 x Bell pepper, minced
- 1 x -(up to)
- 2 x Jalepenos, chopped (with or possibly without seeds, depending on heat you like)
- 1 can (small) chiles Plenty of black pepper
Инструкции
- Saute/fry the rice, onion & garlic in a little oil till the onion is soft. Put the tomatoes in a big measuring c. and squish them into pcs. You need about 3-1/2 c. of liquid, so add in water to the tomatoes til you get this amount. Bring to a boil, add in the bell pepper, warm pepper & chiles. Cover & cook 15-20 min. Taste for black pepper.
