Quick lunch, or supper any time.
Ингредиенты
- 16 ounces (frozen pre-cooked, deveined, no tails) Large Shrimp
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup yellow pepper
- 1/2 cup snow peas
- 1/2 carrot cut into matchsticks
- one tablespoon sesame seed oil
- one teaspoon low sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- dash of white pepper
Инструкции
- In a wok or saute (deep) pan add sesame seed oil on medium high heat
- Add carrot sticks, sliced thin bell pepper and mushrooms, saute 4 minutes stirring the entire time, add minced garlic, white pepper, soy, stir add shrimp, stirring, cook 3 minutes, add snow peas and cook 2 minutes.
- Serve over rice (your choice).
- Enjoy!
