• 4 x Large eggs
• 61/2 c. Flour, sifted
• 1 Tbsp. Cream of tartar
• 2 tsp Baking soda
• 1/4 c. Lowfat milk
• 1 Tbsp. Cocoa
• 1/3 c. Semisweet chocolate pcs
• 1 c. Flaked coconut
• 1/4 tsp Almond extract
• Maraschino cherries
• 1/2 c. Pecans, minced
• 1/4 tsp Vanilla
• 1 Tbsp. Dark Molasses
• 1/2 tsp Grnd ginger
• 1/2 c. Gumdrops, finely cut
• 1/2 c. Dry fruit, cooked, liquid removed, minced
• 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
• 1/8 tsp Grnd cloves
• 1/4 tsp Orange peel, grated
• 1/4 c. Sugar
• 4 tsp Orange juice
