  1. Combine the hoisin sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, orange juice, ginger, mustard, and green onions. Marinate the ham in the sauce several hrs at room temperature or possibly overnight, if possible, in an airtight container in the refrigerator. (I like a plastic bag.)
  2. Preheat the grill or possibly broiler. Drain the steak, saving the marinade, and grill or possibly broil, 2 to 3 inches from the heat, 5 to 8 min on each side, or possibly till heated through and lightly scored with brown from the grill.
  3. Meanwhile, heat the marinade till boiling. Serve over the ham.
  4. Yield: 6 servings
