Ингредиенты
- 3 lbs. round steak
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 can Cream of Celery soup
- 1/2 soup can of water
- Green pepper if you like

- Cut the round steak into serving sized pcs. Place raw steak into buttered casserole. Sprinkle onion soup over meat and add in soups and water. Bake in a covered dish or possibly top with foil at 325 degrees for 2 hrs. Makes a rich gravy. Good served over rice or possibly potatoes. Meat may also be cubed and served as a stew
