Ингредиенты
- 1 lb cooked diced beef
- 3 oz vegetable oil
- 1 cup diced spanish onions
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced turnips
- 1 cup cut cauliflower
- 1 cup cut broccoli
- 1 cup diced zucchini
- 1 cup diced cooked potatoes
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 1/2 gallons beef stock
- 11 tsp paprika
- salt and peper
Инструкции
- In steam kettle - heat oil and saute all vegetables except zucchini, potatoes and green peas.
- Add paprika to sauteed vegetables and cook for 5 minutes
- Add beef stock - bring to boil and reduce to simmer - skim if needed
- Simmer for 1/2 hour and add potatoes
- Simmer for another 30 minutes
- Add diced zucchini and green peas - simmer 5 minutes
