  1. Remove skin from salmon and cut into small cubes
  2. slices of smoked salmon into small pcs
  3. Put salmon pcs in a salad bowl
  4. Add in minced dill, parsley and minced chives
  5. Pour lime juice and extra virgin olive oil over ingredients
  6. Mix well
  7. Salt and pepper
  8. Cover salad bowl with plastic wrap and store in refrigerator for 1 hour
  9. Blanch (plunge tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute then remove skin) tomatoes and cut into small cubes
  10. Chop basil leaves and combine tomatoes with a dribble of extra virgin olive oil
  11. Arrange salmon mix in the center of plates
  12. Cover salmon with tomato cubes and basil and arrange some around circles
  13. Pour 1 tsp of soy sauce on the plate around the composition
  14. Unmold
  15. Decorate with a tiny sprig of dill and a few crystals of cooking salt on the tomatoes
