- ¼ cup fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- ¼ cup fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh sage or oregano
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- Pinch of red pepper flakes or cayenne (optional)
- ½ cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and Pepper
- Kitchen twine
- Quick Tomato Sauce (recipe follows)
- Garnish with chopped Italian parsley and grated parmesan
- Serve with Gnocchi, pasta or creamy polenta and an Arugula and White Bean Salad
