Кулинарное влияние
Growing up on a small farm and in a few rural communities made a huge impact on Karista's love of fresh, whole food recipes. Spending her youth in the South and her adult life traveling the different regions of the US gave Karista a unique perspective of the diversity, not only in our American culture, but our regional cuisine.
From Southern traditional dishes to old world Italian and Northeast seafood, Creole and Cajun from days spent in Louisiana. Spending time in Arizona cemented her love of Mexican cuisine as well as the discovery of her second career... the culinary arts.
Now living in the great Pacific Northwest for the past 16 years, Karista has developed a passion for fresh, whole food recipes with locally grown and sourced ingredients. Supporting the local farm communities, local food artisans, chef's, and organic food advocates continues to be at the heart of her culinary endeavors.
