- 2 cups flour
- 2 Tbsp poultry seasoning
- 1 Tbsp dried basil leaves
- 2 tsps ground white pepper
- 12 lbs turkey cutlets, julienned
- 3 lbs carrots, sliced
- 3 lbs green peppers, julienned
- 16 oz onions, sliced
- 6 Tbsp oil
- 4 Tbsp cornstarch
- 4 cups turkey broth
Инструкции
- Combine the flour, poultry seasoning, basil, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly.
- Cut turkey into strips.
- Dredge in flour mixture.
- Coat skillet with vegetable spray and saute turkey 5 minutes at medium heat until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
- Cut all vegetables.
- Heat oil in skillet and saute carrots and green peppers 2 minutes.
- Add onions and saute 2 minutes; reduce heat.
- Blend cornstarch into broth and add to vegetables, stirring constantly.
- Return turkey to skillet and continue cooking 3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 180F.
