  1. Combine the flour, poultry seasoning, basil, and white pepper. Mix thoroughly.
  2. Cut turkey into strips.
  3. Dredge in flour mixture.
  4. Coat skillet with vegetable spray and saute turkey 5 minutes at medium heat until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
  5. Cut all vegetables.
  6. Heat oil in skillet and saute carrots and green peppers 2 minutes.
  7. Add onions and saute 2 minutes; reduce heat.
  8. Blend cornstarch into broth and add to vegetables, stirring constantly.
  9. Return turkey to skillet and continue cooking 3 minutes until internal temperature reaches 180F.
