- 2 lg. onions, minced
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 (6 1/4 ounce.) tuna, liquid removed
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 Large eggs
- 2 tomatoes, slice thin
- 1/2 c. minced celery
Инструкции
- Cook onions and butter in skillet till onions are light brown. Sprinkle tuna, 1 c. cheese and onions into greased pie plate and celery.
- Beat baking mix, lowfat milk, pepper and Large eggs by hand till almost smooth, pour into plate. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 min or possibly till knife inserted in center comes out clean. Top with tomato slices and rest of cheese, bake till cheese is melted 3 to 5 min. Cold about 5 min. Serves 6 to 8.
