Ingredients: 4 c. Cheese tortellini, cooked; 1 1/2 c. Italian sausage, cooked and sliced; 1/4 c. Fresh parmesan cheese, grated; 2 x Tomatoes, diced; 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil; 1/2 c. Red wine vinegar; 3 Tbsp. Pesto; 3 x Cloves roasted garlic; Salt and pepper to taste

Ингредиенты

4 c. Cheese tortellini, cooked
1Â 1/2 c. Italian sausage, cooked and sliced
1/4 c. Fresh parmesan cheese, grated
2 x Tomatoes, diced
1 c. Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 c. Red wine vinegar
3 Tbsp. Pesto
3 x Cloves roasted garlic
Â Â Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. 2. Once thoroughly mixed add in to tortellini and sausage.
Notes: You can eat this at room temperature or possibly chilled.
