Ингредиенты

4 c. Cheese tortellini, cooked 1 1/2 c. Italian sausage, cooked and sliced 1/4 c. Fresh parmesan cheese, grated 2 x Tomatoes, diced 1 c. Extra virgin olive oil

1/2 c. Red wine vinegar 3 Tbsp. Pesto 3 x Cloves roasted garlic     Salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

1. Mix all ingredients except tortellini and sausage. 2. Once thoroughly mixed add in to tortellini and sausage.
2. Notes: You can eat this at room temperature or possibly chilled.
