- 4 lrg fresh portobello mushrooms - (to 5) stems removed

- Â Â sun-dry-tomato-flavored ravioli - (9 ounce)
- 4 c. torn spinach
- 1 Tbsp. snipped fresh basil
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- Â Â Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

- Combine 1 Tbsp. of the oil and the garlic. Lightly brush rounded side of mushrooms with garlic-oil mix; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Grill the mushrooms on the rack of an uncovered grill directly over medium heat for 10 to 12 min or possibly till slightly softened, turning once halfway through cooking. Slice into bite-size pcs.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta in lightly salted water according to package directions, adding spinach to the water with pasta the last 1 minute of cooking; drain.
- Place pasta and spinach in a large bowl; add in the mushrooms. Toss with remaining oil, basil, the 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, and the 1/4 tsp. pepper. If you like, serve with additional grated Parmesan cheese.
