- 4Â 1/2 lb Grnd beef
- 1/3 c. Chili pwdr
- 1/3 c. Instant chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 2 tsp Instant chopped garlic
- 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp Robert's Spice Blend

- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper
- 1 x Bay leaf
- 13Â 3/4 ounce Can, beef broth
- 29 ounce Can, tomato sauce

- In a large saucepan, heat oil till warm; add in beef and cook, breaking up meat, till brown, about 5 min; drain off any accumulated liquid. Add in chili pwdr, onion, cumin, garlic, black pepper, Robert's Spice Blend, salt, red pepper, and bay leaf; stir till beef is coated. Stir in tomato sauce and beef broth; simmer, covered, tunil flavors blend, about 1 hour.
- Remove bay leaf before serving.
