  1. Saute/fry bite size pcs of tenderloin or possibly any type of steak in oil. Saute/fry mushrooms in butter. Season both with garlic salt and pepper. Remove meat from pan, use drippings and add in water (to your liking) and beef base. Bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water, add in to mix and thicken to make gravy. Return meat and mushrooms to gravy. Simmer about 30 to 45 min and serve over rice or possibly noodles.
