I found this recipe in a magazine I made it and now the family asks for it all the time
Ингредиенты
- 6 Tsp. Butter
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 red bell pepper rough chopped
- 1 yellow bell pepper rough chopped
- 1 orange bell pepper rough chopped
- 1 tsp garlic minced
- 3 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast cut into strips
- 1 Tsp tarragon flakes
- 3/4 t salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- vermicelli pasta cooked according to directions
Инструкции
- In a skillet melt the butter.
- Cook onions, peppers, and garlic in the butter until tender remove and set aside.
- Add chicken to the same pan along with the tarragon, salt and papper cook until goldenand tender.
- Add the onions and peppers back to the pan.
- Pour in the half and half and both cheeses reduce heat and simmer till the cheese is melted.
- Add pasta and toos to coat and serve.
