- 1 lb Cracked wheat, medium or possibly fine
- 1 c. Fresh mint leaves
- 1Â 1/2 bn green onions
- 3 lrg Tomatoes, minced
- 3 lrg Lemons, juice of
- 2 Tbsp. Salad oil
- 1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- Â Â Salt to taste

- Clean, wash & chop vegetables. Wash & soak wheat for 10 min. Squeeze water from wheat. Add in all vegetables, oils, lemon juice, sugar & salt. Mix well.
- This recipe is better if prepared a day in advance so flavors can heat together.
