- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 3/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1 x Garlic clove, chopped
- 1/2 tsp Steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese

- In a medium-sized bowl, beat egg and lemon juice with a wire whisk. Add in one tsp. oil at a time, beating continuously. Add in garlic and sauces, beating well after each addition. Stir in Parmesan cheese.* To prepare in a food processor, use steel blade to mince garlic; add in egg and lemon juice, processing briefly. Add in oil drop by drop while continuing to process. Add in sauces and cheese, mixing briefly.
