- 2 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. Shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped parsley

- Bring stock or possibly broth to boiling. In a small bowl, beat Large eggs to blend with 1/4 c. cheese and parsley. Pour mix into boiling liquid and *immediately* remove from heat;*don't stir*. Ladle into bowls and pass cheese to add in to each portion.
