Рецепт Spinach Casserole II
Fairly easy prep for this yummy casserole.

- 10 oz. chopped spinach, thawed
- 1-2 minced scallions
- 3 beaten eggs
- 1/2 C small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pinch nutmeg
- dash Tabasco
- 2 T sour cream - low fat ok
- 2 T fine bread crumbs
- 1/2 C shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 C Italian blend or other white cheese, shredded
- garnish: paprika
Инструкции
- Heat oven to 350.
- Grease an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan.
- Squeeze spinach dry with paper towels.
- Mix all the ingredients together- except Italian blend - and pour into pan.
- Cover and bake 40-45 minutes.
- Turn off oven.
- Remove cover and sprinkle on Italian blend cheese and paprika.
- Place back in oven for 5 minutes.
