- 3 can Whole tomatoes, canned -- 14
- 5 ounce Cans
- 4 tsp Chili pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

- Spray nonstick Dutch oven or possibly largeskillet with nonstick cooking spray. heat over medium-heat till warm. Add in beef, onion, chile pepper and garlic; cook till beef is no longer pink.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 min or possibly till slightly thickened and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, if you like.
- Makes 4
