  • 1 lb Boneless beef top round

  • 1 med Onion -- minced
  • 1 x Jalapeno chile pepper --
  •     Seede
  • 3 x Garlic cloves -- chopped
  • 3 can Whole tomatoes, canned -- 14
  • 5 ounce Cans
  • 4 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper

  1. Spray nonstick Dutch oven or possibly largeskillet with nonstick cooking spray. heat over medium-heat till warm. Add in beef, onion, chile pepper and garlic; cook till beef is no longer pink.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 15 to 20 min or possibly till slightly thickened and flavors are blended, stirring occasionally. Season with salt, if you like.
  3. Makes 4
