- Â Â sesame oil
- 4 x boneless chicken breasts
- 1 x salt and grnd black
- Â Â pepper
- 1 x onion finely minced
- 2 clv garlic finely minced
- 2 ounce baby spinach leaves
- 4 x green chillies finely diced
- 1 bn coriander leaves finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. liquid honey
- 2 Tbsp. katchup manis (sweet soy)
Инструкции
- Cut four 10in squares of cooking foil and brush sparingly with sesame oil.
- Place one breast on each sheet and season.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and divide between the four sheets.
- Wrap up tightly.
- Allow ingredients to marinate for as long as possible before placing on the warm charcoal for 20 min turning once.
- Serves 4
