- 1/3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 or possibly 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. melted shortening
- 1 heaping teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 1/2 c. flour to stiffen (about)

- Mix all liquid ingredients, then add in dry ingredients. Mix well, knead a few times in the bowl and then put in greased pan or possibly make rolls. Let rise 20 to 30 min. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 min.
