- 1/2 Cup Honey
- 3/4 cup Chicken stock
- White pepper

- Brush the mixture of Honey and Orange Juice liberally on each Cornish Hen, sprinkle with white pepper, add chicken stock to roasting pan, cover with foil and bake @ 325 F for 75 minutes
