I feel these are sometimes overlooked, they are juicy and so delicious when marinated and slow roasted-Try them you will enjoy!

Ингредиенты

  • 4- Cornish (game) Hens
  • 1/4 cup Pure Orange juice
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 3/4 cup Chicken stock
  • White pepper

Инструкции

  1. Brush the mixture of Honey and Orange Juice liberally on each Cornish Hen, sprinkle with white pepper, add chicken stock to roasting pan, cover with foil and bake @ 325 F for 75 minutes
