- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- Meat (sirloin steak)
- Green peppers
- Tomato
- Onion wedges

- Combine the first nine ingredients, stir and add in meat and chill overnight. Par boil raw vegetables, scald tomatoes, thread skewer, cook over flame, brush with sauce. Serve over rice.
