- 8 ounce noodles or possibly vermicelli pasta
- 1 c. defatted low salt chicken broth
- 1/4 c. Thai-style fish sauce
- 1/4 c. rice vinegar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 3 x cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 lb medium shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 3 x green onions slant cut 1-in

- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds

- 1. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain in a colander. In a small bowl combine broth, fish sauce, vinegar and sesame oil.
- 2. Spray a large skillet or possibly wok with vegetable spray. Heat skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic.
- 3. Cook garlic, stirring constantly, for 2 min. Add in noodles and broth mix. Cook, stirring constantly, till liquid is almost absorbed, about 5 min. Stir in shrimp. Cook for 2 min. Stir in bean sprouts, green onion and sesame seeds. Cook for 1 minute more. Serve immediately.
