- 2 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 3 Tbsp. Mirin
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Shiro miso paste
- 2 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar, up to 3
- 1 lb Seaweed, (can use red, light green or possibly dark green), up to 2
- 4 piece daikon peeled and curled for garnish, up to 6-inch
Инструкции
- In a mixing bowl combine sesame oil, mirin, soy sauce, miso paste and rice wine vinegar and whisk together. Add in seaweed and toss till coated.
- Place in center of plate and place daikon curls around plate.
