5 Tbsp. Salt
1 pt Ice water
1 Tbsp. Fennel seed
2 tsp Black pepper, coarse grind
1 Tbsp. Sugar
3 tsp Crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp Caraway seed
1 Tbsp. Coriander
10 lb grnd pork butts

Инструкции

Refrigeratemeat to 32-34 F before starting. Grind through 1/4" or possibly 3/8" plate.
Place in mixer and blend all ingredients. Stuff into 32-35mm hog casings.Package and chill imediately.
