Ингредиенты
- 1 pound sea or possibly bay scallops
- 1/4 c. oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Chopped parsley, 1 tbsp. fresh
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
Инструкции
- In a large skillet heat 1/2 of the oil. Add in garlic and paprika and salt and pepper. Add in scallops to pan without crowding. Cook quickly over high heat till golden, turning occasionally, about 5 - 10 min. Remove to a warm platter. Add in more oil to pan if needed. Add in parsley and lemon juice, heat thoroughly. Pour over scallops. Serve warm.
