- 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
- 1 tbsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 to 4 cube steaks
- 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

- Combine dry ingredients then spread on both sides of meat. Let stand for 10 min. In large skillet heat 1/4 c. warm butter, add in steaks. Saute/fry till brown. Sprinkle worcestershire sauce on steaks and cook another 2 min.
