- 1 pound pork sausage (bulk)
- 4 med. potatoes (4 c.)
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- Flour
- Salt

- In skillet brown sausage, breaking up as it cooks. Drain. Peel and thinly slice potatoes. Place half the potatoes in a 2 qt casserole. Sift two Tbsp. all-purpose flour and 1/8 tsp. salt over potatoes. Top with half the sausage and 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Repeat with remaining potatoes, 2 Tbsp. flour, 1/8 tsp. salt, remaining sauce and 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Pour 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk over all. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 min or possibly till potatoes are done. Uncover; bake 10 min more.
- Makes 4 to 6 servings.
