- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 lg. head escarole
- 1 pound cavatelli
- 1 sm. pkg. sausage
- Parmesan cheese (as topping)

- Boil escarole till soft; drain. Boil cavetelli till cooked; boil sausage till cooked. Dice garlic into extra virgin olive oil and saute/fry. Add in all remaining ingredients; stir till warm. Top with Parmesan cheese.
