- 1/2 pound sweet Italian sausage
- 1 (10-11 ounce. pkg.) pie crust mix
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 lg. Large eggs
- 1/4 pound Cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)

- About 1 1/2 hrs before serving, remove casings from the sausage. In a 10 inch skillet cook sausage. Remove with slotted spoon. Meanwhile reserve 1/4 c. pie crust mix.
- In a medium bowl add in the remaining mix and 4-5 Tbsp. cool water. Roll between 2 pcs of wax paper. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- In medium bowl whisk Large eggs, lowfat milk and reserved pie crust mix. Stir in cheese and sausage. Pour into the pie shell and bake for 15 min. Turn oven down to 325 degrees and bake 35 min more. Makes 8 pcs.
