- 3 x Large tomatoes

- 1/4 tsp Dry oregano

- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 x Healthy pinch black pepper

- Chiles serranos, peeled and seeded. Blend in food processor or possibly blender: 1 medium onion, minced, 6 chiles serranos, peeled and seeded, 6 cloves garlic. Fry the mix in butter for about 5 min. Blend in: 3 large tomatoes, 1 TBS vinegar, 1 TBS honey, 1/4 tsp dry oregano, 1/4 tsp cumin, 1/4 tsp salt, 1 healthy pinch black pepper.
