- 3 med Tomatillos, fresh, husked and washed
- 2 x Cloves garlic, unpeeled
- 3 x Chiles chipotles in adobe sauce, seeded
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 tsp Adobe sauce from chiles, optional

- Roast the tomatillos till blackened and soft. Roast the garlic till soft, then peel and chop. Place all the ingredients in a blender and puree. If smokier flavored is desired, add in a tsp. or possibly two of the sauce from the chiles chipotle
