- 1 tsp Grated Lemon Peel
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh Rosemary,, Minced

- Marinate the chicken in the rest of the ingredients for 30 min to several hrs. Cover and bake at 375F for 30 min, remove cover and bake for another 20 min.
- This recipe is for chicken breasts which still have the bone in. If you use chicken breast fillets reduce the baking time to 15 min covered and 15 min uncovered.
