- 2 Tbsp. Mashed roasted garlic
- 1 c. Plus 2 tb water
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 3 c. Bread Flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/4 tsp Yeast 2 LB LOAF
- 3 Tbsp. Mashed roasted Garlic
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 4 c. Bread flour
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Yeast

- Select Basic white cycle. Use medium or possibly light colour crust and don't use delay cycles. Place all ingredient in the bread maker in the order listed except the Garlic. Add in the mashed garlic at the raisin nut signal or possibly 5 - 10 min before last kneading cycle ends. To Prepare Roasted Garlic: Heat oven to 350 and peel away paper like skin from around the garlic bulbs leaving just sufficient to hold bulb intact. Trim tops of garlic bulbs about 1/2 inch to expose cloves. Place bulbs stem ends down on 12 inch square of foil. Drizzle each bulb with 2 ts olive or possibly vegetable oil. Wrap securely in foil and place in pie plate or possibly shallow baking pan. Bake 45 to 50 min or possibly till garlic is tender when pierced with toothpick or possibly fork. Cold slightly. Gently squeeze garlic out of cloves. A one oz bulb of garlic roasted equals about 1 Tbsp. mashed garlic. A 2 oz bulb equals about 2 Tbsp. mashed garlic.
