Ingredients: 2 c. White Sugar; 1 c. Veg. Oil; 2 x Large eggs; 3 c. Flour; 1 c. Warm Coffee Or possibly Water; 1 c. Buttermilk; 1 tsp Vanilla; 2 tsp Baking Soda; 2 tsp Baking Pwdr; 1/2 c. Minced Nuts; 1/4 c. Sugar; 1 tsp Vanilla; 1 pkt (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese; 1 x Egg; 1 pkt (6 Ounce) Choc.Chips; 1/2 c. Coconut

Ингредиенты

2 c. White Sugar
1 c. Veg. Oil
2 x Large eggs
3 c. Flour
1 c. Warm Coffee Or possibly Water
1 c. Buttermilk
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Baking Soda
2 tsp Baking Pwdr
1/2 c. Minced Nuts
1/4 c. Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1 pkt (8 Ounce) Cream Cheese
1 x Egg
1 pkt (6 Ounce) Choc.Chips
1/2 c. Coconut

Инструкции

In a large mixing bowl, mix sugar, oil and Large eggs. Beat 1 minute on high speed. Add in remaining ingredients except nuts. Beat 3 min on medium speed. Stir in nuts. Pour 1/2 batter into greased and floured bundt pan.
For filling, combine and beat till smooth. Spoon filling over batter. Top with remaining batter. Bake 1 hour and 15 min in a 350 degree oven. Let cold 15 min and turn out on rack.
