Ingredients: 1 can Cream of Celery soup; 1 can Cream of Mushroom soup; 1 can Cream of Chicken soup; 1 c. Mayonnaise; 1 tsp Worstershire sauce; 1 tsp Curry pwdr; 1 tsp Dry onion; 1/3 stk butter/margarine, melted; 1 c. Long grain rice (not instant); 4 x Chicken breasts, skinned and deboned

Ингредиенты

1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 c. Mayonnaise
1 tsp Worstershire sauce
1 tsp Curry pwdr
1 tsp Dry onion
1/3 stk butter/margarine, melted
1 c. Long grain rice (not instant)
4 x Chicken breasts, skinned and deboned

Инструкции

Mix soups, spices and butter/margarine. Measure out 1 c. and put aside.
Mix rice in remaining soup and put in oven-proof casserole. Lay chicken on top of rice mix, either cut up or possibly in whole pcs, and cover with the 1 c. of soup mix. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
