  1. Fry sausage in skillet till completely cooked. Remove sausage from skillet with slotted spoon. Using sausage drippings and flour, make a roux
  2. (light brown). (Roux = flour and grease to thick/creamy consistency.) Add in lowfat milk all at once and stir till thickened over medium heat. Add in sausage, salt, pepper and cayenne to taste. Serve over fresh baked (homemade)
  3. biscuits.
