- 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Granulated Sugar Replacement
- 3/4 c. Evaporated Skim Lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice

- Process 1/2 c. of the raspberries in a food processer or possibly blender till pureed. Combine the cornstarch and sugar replacement in a heavy or possibly nonstick saucepan; then gradually add in the lowfat milk, pureed raspberries, and lemon juice.
- Cook and stir over medium heat till clear and thickened. Remove from heat and stir in remaining raspberries. Cover and cold to room temperature before using.
