Ingredients: 1 pkt Jimmy Dean roll sausage, (cooked, crumbled & liquid removed); 10 x Large eggs, lightly beaten; 3 c. Light cream; 1 tsp Salt; 1 bn Green onions, minced; 1 tsp Dry mustard; 16 ounce Day old bread, cubed; 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded; 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

Ингредиенты

1 pkt Jimmy Dean roll sausage, (cooked, crumbled & liquid removed)
10 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
3 c. Light cream
1 tsp Salt
1 bn Green onions, minced
1 tsp Dry mustard
16 ounce Day old bread, cubed
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

Инструкции

Grease 9"x13" pan well. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheeses.
Combine rest of ingredients together and mix well. Pour over bread; chill overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till golden.
Serves 6 to 8.
