Ингредиенты

  • 1 pkt Jimmy Dean roll sausage, (cooked, crumbled & liquid removed)
  • 10 x Large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 c. Light cream
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 bn Green onions, minced
  • 1 tsp Dry mustard
  • 16 ounce Day old bread, cubed
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded

Инструкции

  1. Grease 9"x13" pan well. Place bread in pan. Sprinkle with cheeses.
  2. Combine rest of ingredients together and mix well. Pour over bread; chill overnight. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or possibly till golden.
  3. Serves 6 to 8.
