- 2 ounce Gin
- Â Â Splash of simple syrup
- Â Â Splash of orange flower water
- Â Â Splash of lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Half and half
- 1 x Egg white*
- Â Â Soda water

- In a shaker, combine the gin, simple syrup, flower water, lemon juice, half and half and egg white. Add in a couple of ice cubes. Shake several times and strain into an old fashioned glass filled half way with ice. Top the drink with soda water.
- Yield: 1 drink
