- 1 env unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 c. Cool water
- 3/4 c. Brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 c. Cooked pumpkin
- 3 x Large eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. Sugar
Инструкции
- Dissolve the gelatin in the water. Mix it in with all the other ingredients except the egg whites and 1/4 c. sugar. Put the mix into a saucepan over medium heat for 10 min, stirring it constantly. Remove it from the heat and let it cold till the mix is partially set. Then beat the egg whites till stiff, add in the 1/4 c. of sugar and fold it into the pumpkin mix. Pour it into a 9-inch baked pie shell. Top the pie with whipped cream before serving.
