One of my mom's old recipes. I doubt she created this one, but it's a good one nonetheless.
Ингредиенты
- 1 lb of cooked spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup ricotta cheese (or use cottage cheese)
- Topping:
- 16 oz. of Spaghetti sauce (use more if you prefer)
- ¾ teaspoon of oregano
- 3 cups mozzarella cheese
- Pepperoni, Green Pepper, Onion, Sausage, Mushroom or whatever topping you like.

- 13âx 9âx 2â greased pan
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Break spaghetti into 2 inch pieces to cook.
- Drain and cool.
- Beat eggs, stir in milk, cheese, garlic powder & salt.
- Add cooked spaghetti and stir.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Spread sauce & oregano on top.
- Add Toppings and cheese on top.
- Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake 25 minutes at 400.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- DO NOT OVER BAKE. IT WILL BE TOO DRY.
