Ингредиенты
- 1 Onion minced
- 1 lb Ground Beef (substitute your preference)
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 3 small cans Tomato Sauce
- 1 Cup Burgundy Wine
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
- 1/4 tsp Basil
- 1/4 tsp Rosemary
- 1/4 tsp Marjoram
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 lb Spaghetti (break into small pieces)
- 1 cup grated cheese (mozarella, cheddar)
Инструкции
- Day before saute onions and meat until brown.
- Add all ingredients except Spaghetti and cheese.
- Simmer one hour.
- Cook Spaghetti and add to sauce with 1/2 cup cheese.
- Put in casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 325 for 45 minutes.
