Ингредиенты
- 1 c. mayo (or possibly miracle whip)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- Â Â salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp mustard (i use more)
- 2 x - 3 hard boiled Large eggs
- 8 x - 10 medium potatoes
- Â Â chopped onion
- Â Â minced celery

- Mix mayo, sugar, vinegar, salt/pepper, and mustard. Add in desired amount of onion and celery to sauce. Chill till potatoes and Large eggs are done. Cube potatoes and chop Large eggs. Add in sauce to potatoes and Large eggs. If the sauce seems too thick add in a little lowfat milk (not much).
